During the holidays, many people skip breakfast and lunch, believing that will allow them to safely eat high calorie fare at parties, without gaining weight. Instead, arriving at parties hungry often leads to bingeing, which results in a much larger amount of calories being consumed.
Tip #3 Don’t Skip Meals!
A better course is to eat regular, sensible meals the day of a holiday party. As well, eating a low calorie, high protein snack about thirty minutes before going to a party always helps me control my appetite when faced with a vast array of fattening foods at a party.
