I wonder if any of these courses can help my situation or if you know of any (free or otherwise) that would. My husband and I have argued for 14 years over what seems to be the simple subject of whats for dinner. He has very little idea of correct nutrition and only wants to eat junk food. It is making me physically ill, we have a child that is morbidly obese, and another that may be toying with bulimia. I think she's afraid of being like her big sis. I told him today that after my third daughters health is sorted out, (thankfully nothing to do with diet), then I'm going to leave him. He has said he will take steps to be more responsible, learning about nutrition and maybe a basic cooking class. If you have any info for me I would be eternally grateful.

Yes I agree with jose m lora. and I'd love to take it - though I am very interested and hoping to further what I already know, I would love a certificate in this field, if it is possible from this site, to be printable after having completed a test. It might be beneficial, perhaps at an affordable payment.

Just a suggestion!
