					<description>Vegetable oils are better than animal fats.  They're a good source of polyunsaturated fats.  Problem is if you eat too much of these vegetable oils, you may be getting too many omega 6 fatty acids.  Having an imbalance of omega 6 fatty acids have been linked to an increase in inflammatory conditions in the body.  You need to also get a good source of omega 3 fatty acids, such as fish oils.  Again, balance and moderation is probably key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.</description>
