					<description>This was truly a great read. Finally a lady that knows something about losing weight. 

I talk to a lot of women and they all believe that weight lifting and training will make them in bulkier.

They believe this even more once they actually begin to train because they begin to gain weight. What they don't get is that they're losing their fat and gaining muscle which looks a lot better than fat anyway.
