Stay Hydrated Safely This Summer
The mercury is rising here in the Northeast United States, with humidity adding insult to injury. It’s one of those times when just stepping outside can cause beads of sweat to form on your brow.
It’s pretty much common knowledge that one of the most important things to do for your body in hot weather is to stay hydrated. That means drinking a good deal of water and other hydrating liquids.
