Well, ok, not actually Charlize Theron, but her trainer, Jackie Keller. In the November issue of InStyle magazine, Jackie shared an antioxidant and protein-rich wild-berry smoothie that she makes for Charlize Theron. Now, you too can look like Charlize … ahh, but if only it was that easy!
Wild-Berry Smoothie

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
2 cups apple juice
6 oz soft tofu
1/2 frozen banana
Blend all ingredients together. Makes 3 fiber-packed servings at 144 calories each.
