Hey Charlotte - making a big batch in advance works really well, especially with the steel cut oats! Just don't add the extras until you're ready to eat it and that way you can mix things up throughout the week.

Hey Ray, do you hate breakfast because you're not really hungry for it? or is it the types of food that you hate?

My usual breakfast comes in little courses, greek yogurt with jam & coffee, then a piece of fruit at 10 a.m. or a Kid's Z bar (cheaper, less calories and more calicum)...I love nuts and whole grains. Sounds super yummy. I think I need to make a big batch to ration out during the hurried morning weekdays.

man I hate warm cereal. I hate breakfast in general. but maybe this way would be nice enough to make me like it. I generally just go with some fruity granola mixed into some yogurt.

Yum, so delicious. I like these type of cereals thick and a little cool - it sounds gross, but I love it :-)
